Aubrey FarabeeAll Family Practice Physicians

Aubrey Farabee is a Licensed Social Worker who is part of our integrative behavioral health team. She has her Master’s in Social Work from University of Southern California and is soon to be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, anticipated summer of 2025. Aubrey spent most of her training working in Integrative Clinical Oncology, supporting families through active treatment, death and dying, and grief and bereavement. She believes wholeheartedly in the mind-body connection and whole person care. Aubrey works to see each patient in their entirety, not just as a body needing treatment. She is passionate about supporting people in finding ways to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives despite limiting life circumstances.

Aubrey encourages her patients to be curious and understanding of the root of what is causing their challenges with mental health, supports them in connecting to their true self, and celebrates them as they begin making decisions out of self-love, compassion, and authenticity. She values creating a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where her patients can share openly and know that they will be held in the highest respect.
