Carolina Carvelli, FNP-CUrgent Care

Carolina is passionate about rural health needs and is drawn to urgent care because she values providing patients with access to care that they might otherwise struggle to obtain. She loves living in the Grand Valley and is excited to be a part of Family Health West because of the high-quality employees and the genuine care that providers have for their patients. As a caregiver she strives to listen effectively, explain in ways that are easy to understand and keep up to date on medical knowledge and best practices.

Originally from Mexico, she is fluent and passionate about her first language of Spanish. Carolina completed her Nursing degree at Colorado Mesa University and went on to graduate Frontier Nursing University, top of her class. She has worked as a registered nurse in Mesa County for 8 years and has experience in critical care and urgent care settings.

Personal Interests
Carolina is happiest when she is skiing and camping with her family, or curled up with a good book and a cup of coffee. She is a beginner pickleball player and is committed to making this a regular hobby. She is open to any tips that would help her improve her skills!
