Derek Hennet, MSW LSWBehavioral Health

Derek Hennett is a liscenced social worker who works as a behavioral health clinician at FHW Behavoiral Health. He graduated from Colorado Mesa University with both his Bachelors of Social Work as well as his Master of Social Work.
Before beginning a career in social work and behavioral health, he worked in business. Over time, he realized he wanted to pursue work that felt more meaningful and fulfilling. He initially planned to return to school for criminal justice, but a perceptive student advisor encouraged him to explore social work instead. That guidance led him to behavioral health and social work, where he found his true calling. In his downtime, Derek likes to go camping, hiking and kayaking.
