Glenn Burket III, DOEmergency Department

Education, mentoring, and leading emergency management medicine runs thick through Dr. Glenn Burket’sblood. Since his days of college, back in Pennsylvania, he’s been laser-focused on emergency medicine, trauma-related medicine, and working with first responders on community-wide emergency medical responses and coverage. Dr. Burket is the leading physician overseeing ambulance emergency medical technicians across Mesa County, a little-known position critical to community-wide emergency responses.

As a patient, you can meet Dr. Burket if he’s treating you in FHW’s emergency room. In addition to all the heavy lifting he does outside the emergency room, he is still passionate about treating ER patients.

He comes to Western Colorado originally from Pennsylvania via North Carolina. He doesn’t have much time for personal interests but soaks up family time when he isn’t serving the community!
