Lukas Smith is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and has been part of our primary care team since 2023. He pursued his Masters in Performance Psychology from University of Western States, where he completed his LPC accreditation program and is soon to be licensed fall of 2025. Whether conducting individual behavioral health visits with patients or joining medical encounters with our team of providers, Lukas encourages the team to prioritize both mental and physical wellbeing to help patients work towards the goals that matter most to them. He believes a little psychoeducation goes a long way and that the skills gained in therapy really can change your life.

Lukas primarily uses the lens of motivation as a tool to facilitate growth and behavioral change.
He enjoys helping individuals who are looking for support with anxiety, depression, anger, diabetes management, and other new medical diagnoses. He can also help with building routines to support individuals with taking medications effectively as prescribed by their provider. He strives to help those who are feeling unmotivated to make changes in their life find a path forward.
