Meet Suzy McCutchan, AGNP, CWS

Suzy is a Certified Wound Specialist through the American Board of Wound Management. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Biola University in Southern California. She then obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado - Denver, with a focus on Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.

Suzy worked as a nurse for more than 25 years before returning to school to become a nurse practitioner. Early in her nursing career, she worked as a certified wound care nurse for 10 years. Joining Family Health West Wound Healing Clinic as a nurse practitioner in 2018 was a natural fit. As a nurse practitioner, she collaborates with patients, the wound team, and other health care colleagues to help patients heal and be their best selves.

In her time off, Suzy enjoys gardening, cooking, and being entertained by her backyard chickens.
